How did you come up with that list of states and provinces? Maine is a mostly White state, but New Jersey isn't.

Their proximity to one another and location. Most, it could be argued, would have been included in old Vinland. When I came up with the idea, 15-20 years ago, all 13 were majority White. Most still are. The northern half are still exceedingly White, and the middle three are still comfortably majority White.
We might consider states/provinces over time (or even adding others).
But really the idea is about community and fellowship. Our long term goal is to encourage people to find others in their area and eventually maybe collectively move to the Whitest parts of their counties (or states/provinces) and form small Aryan communities where they can find fellowship and raise their children around others with the same world view.

"Downstate", ie, southern NJ used to be predominently White. Don't know if it still is. The northernmost portion of the state has been a lost cause for generations. Newark was a "no go zone" for Whites as far back as the 60s.
More importantly, the state gov't is both "woke" and corrupt. NJ is not the best location for White communities. Nor is the rest of southern New England. MA, RI, CT are all leftist havens. NY's gov't is anti-White, but upstate areas are possibilities. VT is full of delusional "white" liberals, but they can be avoided. NH and northern Maine may be the best bets. The Canadian gov't makes that entire country high risk for pro-Whites.
Edit: Forgot PA. The SE part of the state around Philly is a bad choice. I don't know much about northeastern areas. Western PA is exceptionally promising. "Pennsyltuckians" as the residents are known won't take much persuading to fully embrace our views.
