The purpose of this thread is to alert the public to the presence of dangerous sexual offenders who have been released from custody upon the completion of their assigned sentences.

This thread will be replaced by a more complete version of the one previously posted on Stormfront when possible.

Jason Mark Bard, 35, was released from Headingley Correctional Centre after serving a sentence for breach of recognizance, according to a community notice from the Manitoba Integrated High-Risk Sex Offender Unit — a joint unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and the RCMP.

Police say Bard has a history of sexual and violent offending. Despite completing some sexual offender treatment, police warn he remains a high risk to reoffend in a sexually violent manner against all women.

A sex offender with a history of crimes dating back more than 40 years, including snatching a young girl from her bed when he was a teen, is expected to live in Winnipeg after being released from custody.

Marinus Willemse, 59, was set to be released this week after serving time in British Columbia, the Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit said in a Winnipeg police news release Friday.

He is considered a high risk to reoffend against women and children, the release said.

A convicted sex offender with a lengthy criminal record, who police say is considered a high risk to reoffend against boys, is expected to live in Winnipeg after his release.

Glen Gregory Tyler Pozniak, 44, was released Wednesday from Alberta's Bowden Institution, a federal facility, after serving a portion of his sentence there.

He was sentenced in September 2015 to 13 years in prison, after he was convicted of offences including sexual exploitation, sexual interference, and possession and publication of child pornography, Winnipeg police said in a community notification released Wednesday.

Pozniak's two previous statutory releases were revoked after his urinalysis samples came back positive for illicit drugs, police said.

He's now expected to live in Winnipeg.

Police warn against confronting high-risk offender spotted in Ottawa

Ottawa police are cautioning the public not to approach a high-risk violent sexual offender now living in the National Capital Region.

Aaron Gilpin, 35, has been in and out of custody for several years, with his last conviction ending in 2025. According to the Smiths Falls Police Service, Gilpin has an extensive criminal record, including convictions for a brutal child-related sexual assault, assault, weapons offences, disarming a police officer, break and enters, and thefts.

Police are telling the public to remain vigilant but to also avoid confronting Gilpin or taking matters into their own hands.

Justin David Levasseur, 36, was released from federal custody on Wednesday after serving a six-year sentence for sexual assault and forcible confinement, according to a community notice from the Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit — a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and RCMP.

He is considered a high risk to reoffend in a sexually violent manner against women and girls, despite participating in some treatment programming while incarcerated, police said.
