'Extreme' underfunding of legal aid faces constitutional challenge in Manitoba

Good morning everyone. In recent months, there have been more cases of non-citizens who have been convicted of serious crimes in Canada receiving lenient sentences in order to avoid deportation. Here are but a few. A 34year-old Ganian temporary resident was convicted of theft after a violent confrontation. He was granted a conditional discharge with the judge explicitly citing his non-citizen status and the risk of deportation as a reason for the lenient outcome.

A 33-year-old Nigerian man was convicted of breaching a no contact order with his former partner. On appeal, the judge substituted a conditional discharge, citing the risk of deportation as a key reason.

A temporary resident from India plead guilty just this June to sexually assaulting a woman in Prince George, BC. He only received 170 days of house arrest plus probation. The judge declined him declined to put him on the national sex offender registry, citing potential immigration consequences that could lead to his deportation. These types of rulings now happen so frequently that a judge in Montreal accused Montreal prosecutors of proposing candy sentences for criminals at risk of deportation, affirming that this is a common practice across the country.

Even worse, "nationalism" by itself has become a term of opprobrium among the leftist, so-called 'mainstream", media.  Not that we should be surprised.  Their thick-headed, arrogant overreach may actually help in recruiting more fence sitters to our side.  Most people see nothing wrong with nationalism, as long as it's of the "color blind" civic variety. It will take a bit more social unrest to bring them fully around to our POV.  If not, they will suffer the consequences of their willful blindness at the hands of their cherished "diversity".

In their efforts to control the Overton window, the mainstream media has lately been using the term "White nationalist" as if it is somehow a slur. The White nationalist movement came into existence for one reason and one reason only: to attempt to negate the genocide being carried out against the White race. To oppose or denigrate White nationalism is to condone and promote genocide. It isn't complicated, but the weight of mainstream media propaganda seeks to gloss over this crucial point.

Recovery work continues after ransomware attack at Winnipeg's Health Sciences Centre

Since there is presently no actual WHITE nation anywhere, we all have to live somewhere.  Moving to Canada may not even have been her decision. Could've been her parents'.

Hopefully she will play a role someday in creating a true White nation in North America.
