Having researched this fellow somewhat, it is quite evident that he was very passionate about his work as a brewer. Now he has been forced out of his job for no other reason than expressing his honest and valid perspective. Furthermore he has been extensively demonized and castigated by numerous accounts online, and judging by the vitriol in many, has almost certainly been receiving death threats.
If anyone can reach out to this fellow and reassure him that he does not stand alone, it could be quite crucial for his wellbeing.
Imagine a swarm of armchair vigilantes deciding to end someone's livelihood for wearing that shirt. This is not civil conduct.

Happening everywhere, basically. The city gov't here is so dysfunctional now, even basic services are compromised. I was on hold over an hour today just to find out the automated account system was screwed up and reporting my water account no longer existed. Don't even get me started on the county courts. The corruption is exceeded only by the incompetence.
Separation/secession or revolution/civil war. One or the other has to happen. Otherwise we will be living in a dystopian nightmare beyond anything Orwell ever imagined.

I recall a friend of mine describing how a contractor in Ontario quit his job after a Catholic church had hired him to do some work in their basement that involved digging... apparently he couldn't put his spade into the dirt of the basement without uncovering an infant skeleton. In that case, most of the skeletons appeared to have been the results of trysts between a priest or priests and the inhabitants of a nunnery that was conjoined to the church.
Nonetheless, such a discovery at the residential schools would, in my eyes, more correctly reflect upon the Catholic church than upon Western settlers in general.
Either way, the atrocities of the past are not rightly laid upon the shoulders of the current generation.
