If Don is unable to return, for whatever reason, is there ANYONE able (and willing) to come forward to take over Stormfront?

I'm guessing that Don had been looking out for someone fit to take over, but he'd have on the one hand had to keep an eye open for anyone competent, trustworthy, and financially stable enough to do so - and on the other hand - ask himself "do I really want to saddle this good person with this enormous headache of a responsibility?"

If I recall correctly, three thousand American dollars for bandwidth alone, due to the high rate of traffic the site regularly receives.

If true, that's huge, 36000 a year. I bet it could be significantly reduced if the access was reduced to the logged in registered members, since "guests" vastly outnumber the members viewing the forum.
On the other hand, that would reduce its pedagogical impact.

I just successfully viewed a thread on Stormfront. Got my hopes up for a minute. But UserCP got me the "database error" page again.

Well, this looks like good news: I just looked at Don Black's profile, and it shows "Last Activity" as being on December 21, 2025. I guess I can stop trying to send police to his house for wellness checks now.

Confirmed - he's posted twice in the "test messages" section. God I feel relieved!

SF seems to be running normally. Maybe it was just temporarily infected with the Negro Virus 2025 and it refused to work at all.

I posted in a few threads.  Only the UserCP page still gives me database error.

SF is 50/50 for me. Sometimes it functions normally while other times it displays Database Error.

Until I can access my UserCP I won't consider the site functional.

But there is a larger question here that needs to he addressed.  Why wasn't Don able to do any of this weeks ago or even respond to Merlin?  Inquiring minds need to know and we DESERVE to know.

We need to be realistic here, Don Black isn't a spring chicken anymore and we need to have a contingency plan just in case his health goes down the pooper.

I for one am willing to help Jotuu out to keep this forum alive and thriving.
