Peterborough white [sic] nationalist faces 9 new charges

Peterborough white nationalist Kevin Goudreau is back in custody facing nine new charges, which include an allegation he made death threats against a same-sex couple and a human rights lawyer who previously obtained a peace bond against him.

Goudreau's charges were addressed Monday in the Ontario court of justice in Peterborough.

According to court documents obtained by The Examiner, Goudreau is charged with four counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and five counts of failing to comply with probation orders.
